We understand you may have questions. Here are answers to the most common ones.
It is extremely important to us to respect the loss of your pet. To ensure your pet is returned to you, all pets are issued a personal ID number along with a tag that has all of your pet's information. Whether you have chosen an Individual Cremation, Viewed Cremation or a Communal Cremation, you can rest assured your pet is in good hands with our well-trained staff. Additionally, our online tracking system allows you to monitor your pet's status in real-time.
Pet cremation is becoming more and more popular due to the constraints of urban living. Cremation is an affordable and respectful option to sustain the memory of your pet. Many families choose cremation as it allows them to keep their beloved companion close or scatter the ashes in a meaningful location.
Your pet will be placed in the cremation chamber and through heat and evaporation, will be reduced to what we refer to as the "cremains". The process is handled with the utmost care and respect. For individual cremations, your pet is cremated alone, ensuring that 100% of the remains returned to you are your beloved companion.
Absolutely. Your vet has been a partner to you for the health and welfare of your pet and would be a likely resource in the event of your pet passing. All Individual and Viewed Cremations include our standard wood urn, a certificate of cremation, and a clay paw print keepsake. You also have the option to upgrade to a different urn or add memorial products. Visit our Products page to see our full selection of urns and memorial items.
Yes, our Viewed Cremation service allows you to place your pet into the cremation chamber yourself and be present during the process. Friends and family are welcome to join you. This option provides closure for many families and allows you to take your pet home the same day.
With Individual Cremation, your pet is cremated alone and 100% of the ashes are returned to you. With Communal Cremation, your pet is cremated alongside other pets and no cremains are returned. Instead, the cremains are spread locally on private land. Individual cremation allows you to keep your pet's ashes in an urn or scatter them in a meaningful location.
We offer an online tracking system that allows you to monitor your pet's cremation status in real-time. Simply sign in to your account and visit the Tracking page to see where your pet is in the process. You'll receive a unique reference number when your pet is received that you can use to track their status.
